Here, multi-slide glass doors allow the indoor-outdoor line to dissolve, while framing picturesque views across the water. A calm material palette and soft textures take their cues from dappled sunlight, shoreline landscapes and airy skies.

The great room is designed for both intimate gatherings and larger entertaining, with an open plan that draws the eye toward the water. Fixtures, finishes and furniture draw from a beach-inspired palette punctuated by pops of sunset color, reinforcing the home’s relaxed yet refined environment.

The kitchen layers silvery cabinetry, shimmering backsplash tiles, durable quartzite countertops with warm wood accents, harmonizing seamlessly with the yakisugi wall cladding in the stairwell beyond.

Morning light filters through translucent resin panels, softly illuminating the stairwell while accentuating weathered wood cladding that envelopes the space. Painted structural steel, floating wood stair treads and stainless steel accents reinforce a nautical influence.

The dining banquette features custom woodwork, durable outdoor fabric and a sculptural Bocci pendant fixture, echoing the home’s layered approach to function, durability and beauty.
